Return and Refund Policy
Electrobike Zone LLC – Swiss Battery
1. Scope of application
This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on the Electrobike Zone Sàrl online store, including products sold under the Swiss Battery brand.
2. Right of return (physical products)
Electrobike Zone LLC grants a voluntary return period of 14 days from the date of delivery or pickup in store for certain physical products.
Returns are only possible if:
- the product is complete (accessories, cables, manuals, etc.),
- the product is not damaged and shows no signs of use,
- The original packaging is included whenever possible.
The costs and risks of return shipping (loss, theft, damage) are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
3. Exceptions – products without return rights
Due to their nature, certain items and services cannot be returned or refunded:
- battery reconditioning (Swiss Battery),
- battery repairs and diagnostics,
- technical interventions in the workshop,
- installed or soldered electrical or electronic parts,
- customized or specially ordered products,
- Speedbox or tuning boxes whose packaging has been opened,
- any product that has clearly been used or modified by the customer.
Any service performed under the Swiss Battery brand is considered final and non-refundable.
4. Return procedure
Before returning any items, customers must contact our customer service department by email at info@electrobikeshop.ch, indicating their order number and the reason for the return.
After validation, the package must be sent to the address provided. No packages sent cash on delivery will be accepted.
5. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, Electrobike Zone LLC reserves the right to:
- to refund the amount in the form of a credit note or gift card, or
- deduct up to 20% of the item's value to cover processing or refurbishment costs.
Initial shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
