Shipping policy

Electrobike Zone LLC – Swiss Battery



1. Delivery area

Deliveries from the online store are mainly made within Switzerland. For any delivery requests outside Switzerland, please contact us in advance.



2. Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible during business hours. The delivery times indicated when placing an order are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee.

If an item is unavailable or significantly delayed, we will notify the customer by email.



3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process and depend on the weight, volume, and type of product (for example, batteries subject to specific transport regulations).

Shipping costs for sending batteries or products for repair to our workshop are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.



4. Transportation and transfer of risks

Products are shipped by carriers selected by Electrobike Zone LLC. The risk of loss, theft, or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

The customer must check the condition of the packages upon receipt and immediately report any visible damage to the carrier and Electrobike Zone LLC.



5. Shipping batteries to the Swiss Battery workshop

When sending a battery to our workshop for reconditioning or repair:

  • the customer is responsible for adequate and secure packaging,
  • The shipment must comply with the regulations applicable to the transport of batteries (hazardous goods).
  • Transportation costs and risks (loss, theft, impact, damage) are the responsibility of the customer.

Electrobike Zone LLC / Swiss Battery cannot be held responsible for damage that occurred before the battery was received at our premises.
