Book your repair appointments directly online, whether it's for a repair or a service.

How to book an appointment online:

1. Choose the day that suits you.

2. Choose an available time, keeping in mind that you can bring your bike until 11 a.m. to pick it up the same day, or drop it off the day before the appointment.

3. Indicate your contact details as well as the nature of the appointment, whether it is a service or a repair, and details if possible.

4. We will contact you by phone or email for more details if necessary.

Our bike service packages

The service packages listed below include pickup of your bike as well as all the inspections and adjustments specified in the package. Replacement parts are not included, nor is the labor required to install them. If repairs or part replacements are necessary, we will provide you with a quote before proceeding. Work not covered by the package is billed at an hourly rate of CHF 96.00, plus the cost of any replaced parts.

For any repair exceeding 200 francs, a quote will be provided if the customer has not been notified in advance.

Our Special Services

In addition to servicing and maintaining your bike, we have the skills to perform special services on your electric or muscle bike. Here's an overview

Electric bike kit installation

CHF: 350.00

The e-bike kit installation includes the following services:

  • Complete disassembly of the bike.
  • Thorough cleaning of the bike.
  • Installation of the electric conversion kit.
  • Comprehensive maintenance of the brakes.
  • Adjustment of the derailleur.
  • Small parts
  • Road test to ensure proper functioning.

Please note that all replaced parts are invoiced separately, while labor is included in the kit assembly price.

For special bikes, such as recumbent bikes, or any other requests that deviate from the standard installation, a quotation will be provided.

If the kit is not purchased from Electrobike Zone, an additional fee of 100 francs will be charged.

Testing the capacity and function of batteries.

Included in the package:

  • Full charge and discharge of the battery
  • Measurement of current capacity
  • Capacity certificate for you or the future buyer

We can perform battery tests on the following models:

  • Bosch
  • BionX
  • Electric cars
  • All batteries with a standard BMS

If the battery you have is not in the list, please contact us to confirm that we can perform the diagnosis.

Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning – Complete service for your bike

✔ Complete disassembly of the transmission (chain, cassette, derailleurs, chainring).
✔ Deep cleaning by ultrasound to remove grease and impurities.
✔ Greasing and lubrication of parts for optimal performance.
✔ Careful reassembly and adjustment of components.
✔ Precise adjustments for smooth operation.
✔ Road test to verify proper functioning.
