All too often, people simply pump up the tyres before a ride, without checking essential components such as the brakes, derailleur or battery.
At Electrobike Zone, we look after your bike, whatever the make, whether you bought it from us or elsewhere. Whether you need a service or a repair, book your appointment directly:
- Choose the day that suits you.
- Select an available time slot: you can bring your bike in by 11.00 am to collect it the same day, or drop it off the day before your appointment.
- Please provide your contact details and the nature of the appointment (servicing or repair), with as many details as possible.
- We’ll contact you by phone or email if we need any further details.
Any repair costing more than 200 francs will be subject to a quote unless you have been notified in advance. Work not included in the fixed-price package: CHF 96.– per hour + cost of parts.

Installation of electric bike kit
SFr. 350.00The installation of the electrification kit includes the following services:
- Complete disassembly of the bike.
- Thorough cleaning of the bike.
- Facility of the electrification kit.
- Complete interview brakes.
- Setting of the derailleur.
- Small equipment

Please note that all replaced parts are charged separately, while labor is included in the kit assembly price.
For special bikes such as recumbent bikes or any other request that goes beyond the classic installation will be invoiced according to a quote.
If the kit is not purchased from Electrobike Zone an additional flat rate of 100 francs is charged
Battery test and certificate of capacity

We can carry out battery tests on the following models:

If your battery is not on the list, please contact us so we can confirm that we are able to diagnose it.

Labour is charged at a flat rate per part repaired or fitted; the cost of parts is added at the advertised retail price. For any additional work or work not included in the list, you will be notified and a personalised quote will be provided at the workshop’s hourly rate.
