The latest 240 Hybrid hub incorporates special components such as the Ratchet EXP OS system with 30 teeth to ensure reliable power transfer from the rider and the motor to the ground. The drive-side bearing is larger, and the hub flange has been widened. The spoke holes are enlarged and specifically designed for 2.34 mm DT Swiss spokes, which offer greater resistance to acceleration and braking torques. Made of hardened steel, the freewheel system further enhances the hub’s durability, enabling extended, trouble-free eMTB rides.
