This service covers the shipping costs for sending your e-bike battery to Swiss Battery for reconditioning or a battery service. The battery is sent with the carrier DPD, both outbound and return, for battery shipping safety reasons.
How it works:
- You order the return shipping costs in addition to your battery service.
- You then receive a shipping label to print and stick on the parcel.
- You pack your battery carefully and attach the label.
- We tell you which DPD Pickup point near you to drop your parcel off at.
- Your battery is sent to Swiss Battery, then returned to you once the work is complete.
This product covers only the shipping of the battery (outbound and return): it does not include the battery service itself, which must be ordered separately.
